As Executive General Manager of Major Projects, I coordinated national efforts to identify, plan for and win major projects. As Regional General Manager for Victoria, I led the integration and growth of all service lines, managed a team of 90 staff, and oversaw portfolio budgets, reporting, and monthly P&L, driving financial performance that exceeded $20M in revenue annually.Having delivered over 200,000 square metres of office development, I undertook a portfolio role overseeing complex projects across diverse asset classes that included health, aged care, retail, residential, commercial, sport and recreation, and transport. Throughout, I mitigated risks, simplified complex issues and built high-performing teams by empowering individuals with role clarity and a culture of accountability.In response to COVID-19, I broadened our capabilities and launched a new Property Advisory service line. We were able to sustain revenue levels despite the loss of a major contract. I negotiated and managed our office leasing function to secure significant operational cost reductions.
