I'm a proven and visible leader in social infrastructure with a strong track record of delivery in a complex operational and political environment.A key focus of my career has been leading improvements to infrastructure strategy, asset management and project delivery. I have led major PPP projects, developed and implemented asset strategies and undertaken complex commercial negotiations. I have led the establishment of a highly successful new government agency, the Victorian School Building Authority, a benchmark for the delivery of social infrastructure with a strong public brand. Leading the management of the Victorian government school portfolio which represents $29 billion asset base, with a $11 billion infrastructure program, supporting more than 1,500 schools and 700,000 students.I am a strong and considered leader.
