Led the creative direction for a new business startup, managing everything from crafting investor pitch decks to consumer-facing website design, company branding, identity, social media assets, and internal design requirements. Collaborated closely with the CEO and CTO to design and launch a fully functional platform and website to the public, all within a tight two-month timeline.

Appointed as the lead designer to create rapid design prototypes for client pitch decks, working alongside a team of visual designers and freelancers. Collaborated closely with project managers, developers, and editors to ensure seamless execution. Spearheaded the successful launch of the Lakers Showtime! Stickers app and served as the primary liaison with internal Lakers stakeholders. Cultivated strong relationships by engaging directly with clients throughout the process.

Worked independently in the wedding industry designing wedding invitations as well as various other personal projects. Wedding work received recognition in the Summer 2010 edition of The Knot magazine.

Led a group of designers, while working directly under the Creative Director, to lead projects from start to completion. Collaborated with junior designers, freelancers, editors, illustrators, and project managers to produce high-concept designs. Also communicated directly with clients to discuss the creative strategy, execution of projects, and timing of deliverables.

Collaborated with fellow designers and also under the guidance of the Creative Director to deliver concept-driven key art posters, movie campaigns, and also music album covers.

Assisted Senior Designer with various print projects, including style guides, branding and identity systems, advertisements, and press credentials.
