Previously TMAC Resources - Manage Mobile, Electrical, Fixed and Site Services maintenance planning and execution groups across the Hope Bay Site including; process plant, mobile equipment, airstrip, power generation. (surface and underground). 144 Employees across 4 departments and 15 Direct reports. Acting maintenance manager as required.

Build a strong mobile maintenance team with commitment to health and safety, while transitioning to a producing operation. Develop mobile maintenance infrastructure, implementation of maintenance strategies, processes and policies to ensure safe, cost effective health and reliability of the mobile fleet.

Lead a team of 25 - 35 Mechanics, Welders, Apprentices, Labourer's and Contractors to safely maintain the operations heavy duty mobile equipment fleet. Apply 5S concepts in the workplace and ensure sustainability.Coach employee's in the proper use of Health and Safety Systems.Implement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, equipment availability and operating cost to a vision of "World Class".

Develop a sustainable Light Vehicle Maintenance Planning/Scheduling strategy and install at FRO.Organize and Maintain Light Vehicle and Electrical portions of site CMMS system (Dynamics AX).Track and report KPI's to continually improve site maintenance performance.Plan and Schedule regular preventative maintenance and repair of Light Vehicles as well as site High Voltage Electrical systems.Develop cost savings initiatives and report results.Develop and maintain Standard Job Templates and Standard Job PlansTrack and manage all Light Vehicle Leases
