As A Principal, reporting to the Managing Director, I have a significant role to play in managing projects for our clients. This is to ensure effective communication, reporting and delivery of all the client and HolistcAM project objectives and goals by guaranteeing the highest quality of work is executed efficiently by our project teams.

Reporting to the Asset Management Business Group Leader, I supported asset intensive organisations to ensure that their assets are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible, contributing to their overall performance and strategic objectives by leading projects to optimise assets' performance, cost, and risk management over the asset lifecycle.• Partnered with a greenfield mining client to develop a unique Operational Readiness Plan for an entirely outsourced production model, establishing the technical specifications. • Worked with a tier one mining company to simplify their suite of >100 Asset Management standards, procedures, training documents and end user tools. • Together with a mining clients reliability team improved Haul Trucks performance using RCM principles and the PMO approach, the project focused on optimising maintenance strategy and tactics using the Orien application. To ensure consistency and sustainability, the deliverables further included the development of OPEX data, major maintenance forecasts, spares usage and costing data and further included Care and Maintenance strategies which all fed into the new Fleet Asset Management Plan.• Completed all the Asset Management related assessment, analysis and reporting which fed into the Options Analysis and Costing Assessment for a Mine Closure.• Engaged with networks, key clients and Service line leaders to market and grow the Asset Management service offerings.• Develop detailed Operational Readiness Procedures and Tools for implementation on a Battery Energy Storage System project.

Privately owned K2 Technology employed a team of 40+ Nationally, delivering asset management services until they went into administration in late 2018. As the Principal Advisor, I was engaged as project lead to the Utilities & Energy company Asset Management master data build project, commencing tenure post the asset verification phase.

As an affiliate to the Asset Management Council, I have attended professional development, industry knowledge share and networking events over the course of many years.
