Led a Cavalry Squadron consisting of 600 personnel, a 150 tactical vehicle fleet, and $300 million in property and equipment, with an annual operating budget of $1.2 million. Ensured personnel, training, and sustainment readiness of the unit in preparation for worldwide deployment. Personally responsible for building and maintaining a positive climate, developing future leaders, and growing the team for achievement of all assigned objectives.

Plans Chief (Executive Program Manager) for the United States Army, Pacific, responsible for supervising the development of all Theater Army operational and contingency plans for execution by Army and Joint commands within the USINDOPACOM AOR on behalf of the Commanding General (CEO). Integrated plans across multiple agencies within and outside the federal government, along with international allies and partners. Led a permanent team of 10 planners (project managers), each with project teams between 50-80 personnel. Developed required capabilities, analyzed effectiveness, and integrated enablers, activities, and other resources directly tied to Theater Army objectives.

Joint Base Lewis-Mcchord, Wa

Chief of Staff for a Brigade consisting of 4000 personnel. Synchronized external coordination and messaging and organized collective efforts with subordinate staffs to achieve the Brigade Commander's (CEO) goals. Responsible for the management of a $61 million dollar budget, and management of personnel and maintenance postures within the brigade. Directly responsible for the training and mentoring of 15 executive staff team managers, and for the health, welfare, training, and morale of a 205 person staff.

Operations Officer (COO) for a Battalion of 691 personnel, 82 Strykers, and a significant rolling stock fleet. Principal advisor to the Commander (CEO) for all training related matters. I planned and executed a strategic movement of the battalion with enablers across three countries in the Indo-Pacific that met strategic and operational goals while achieving tactical readiness goals. Assessed effective training readiness for the unit, while leading development of efficient training strategies and plans to accomplish objectives.
