Key highlight was the delivery of the IT solution for five business projects that contributed to the award winning Saving Simplification onto one of Nationwide's key platforms. This has a budget of 2.6M; four technology workstreams and a team based both on-shore and off-shore. The assignment supporting the Head of in setting up the Development Centre and being part of the leadership team.Key Highlights: Delivered the System of Record Change that was the key enabler to the ‘Savings Simplification’ business outcome that has attracted press attention and ExCo recognition. Assignment: Project Manager accountable for the succesfully delivery of two projects within the Savings Transformation Portolio from Inception to close that had a budget of 1.6M; 8 business workstreams; seven IT implementations that delivered 6M of benefit to cost and delivered over a 14 month period.
