Responsibilities• Reporting to the Country Manager• The position role is based on Project Management Work• Review and report on Client Facilities to determine current levels of Security• Review and report on Client Facilities in respect of Risk Management, including Crisis Management, Business Continuity Planning and Business Contingency Planning

Responsibilities• Reporting directly to the General Manager.• A member of the hotel’s Executive Committee.• Responsible for all aspects of Risk Management including Crisis Management Plans, Business Contingency Plans and Business Continuity Plans• A shared responsibility for the management of Occupational Health and Safety(OH&S) and Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security (FLHSS).• Ensure compliance to all aspects of the Policies and Procedures relating to FLHSS which, within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, is referred to as Safe and Sound.• A total of 5 Mandarin Oriental Jakarta colleagues reported directly to me and, 87 outsourced security officers report indirectly to me.• Develop the hotels safety and security to a standard which is recognized as “Best Practice” within the Hotel Industry. • Assist in the development of the hotels business through promoting the safety and security aspects of the hotel. As a result of the high standards of Security and Safety and by inviting Corporate Security and Risk managers, Government and NGO representatives from within my network, the Hotel gained 40+ major corporate clients which provided much needed revenue. • Provide professional guidance in respect to the upgrading of the hotels electronic and mechanical security systems, ensuring that the systems provide “world class” protection for the property.

• Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager• DHL Express Indonesia operates some 88 facilities comprising of Gateways, Service Centers, Branches and retail outlets. Staffing levels, FTE and PTE circa 800 employees.• Responsible for all aspects of the DHL Express Asia Pacific Security and Safety Policy for Indonesia including matters relating to aircraft utilized by DHL Express, Indonesia.• Ensure that DHLE is the benchmark for security excellence in the air express industry. • Responsible for the development of the Jakarta Gateway, and the Five Pillars and Slipi Service Centers for TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) FSR Certification, Level A. • Initiate, co-ordinate and implement investigations into losses and other security incidents relating to DHLE assets, personnel and shipments carried by DHLE. • Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard DHLE employees and customers’ shipments, DHL Express assets and information against loss, damage and incident.• Country Dangerous Goods Implementation Manager.• Country Coordinator for the DHL Disaster Response Team.• Country Influenza Planning Manager (H1N1-H5N1)• Responsible for matters relating to Risk Management including Crisis Management Planning, Business Contingency Planning and Business Continuity Planning• Business development for the carriage of commodities which are classified as “Restricted” and “Conditional” within the DHL Express network.• Management of security guard force of 100 personnel.
