• Extensively worked with city committee to approve and permit redevelopment plans for vacant land to be converted into the last ski in, ski out condos, townhomes, and cabins located in Old Town within Park City.• Raise equity to fund land redevelopment, phase 1 for cabins, phases 1-3 for condos, phases 1-4 for townhomes, a ski amenity tower, and affordable housing condos in proximity to the project.• Oversee construction management for development from conception to completion.• Develop and review financial modeling to track development progress, budget analysis, debt obligations, and delivery performance for investor returns and buyer’s commitments to purchase real estate.

• Oversaw 24,000 beds in conventional multifamily and student housing with commercial retail properties across the United States, Brazil, and Canada.• Managed the acquisition of $500M in deals, which included underwriting, on-site due diligence, lender/purchaser negotiation, funding, and post-purchase transition.• Managed value-add redevelopment and large capital projects to improve property performance and returns.• Averaged an 8% NOI increase year-over-year on a same-store basis through cost-effective strategies, and stable growth.
