Lead Brewer, responsible for the day to day operation of the brewery. Personnel management, scheduling, procurement, wort production, yeast handling and management, fermentation and cellaring, equipment maintenance and improvement, handling and packaging a range of 12+ beers and recipe development. Currently looking at process efficiencies to reduce waste and energy costs and to streamline all operations.

Brewer working in a 20BBL Moeschle brewhouse, responsible for all brewery operations including production planning, wort production, fermentation, cellaring, packaging, ingredients procurement, record keeping, compliance (HMRC, SALSA), brewery cleanliness, plant maintenance and organoleptic assessment of ingredients and final product. Currently working to improve process efficiency to achieve maximum product yield from existing recipes.Working towards Head Brewer position.

Brewer, working alongside the Lead Brewer in the day to day running of a 10bbl fully manual brewery including production of wort, yeast handling and management (yeast cropping, counting, propagations and acid washing) fermentation and cellaring, handling and packaging of a range of 10 beers and recipe development on a small pilot brewing kit. Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the brewery infrastructure to ensure operating efficiency is maintained and equipment downtime is prevented or minimised.In the absence of the Lead or Head Brewer, brewery management becomes my responsibility. Fork lift truck license.Used to manual lifting of loads in excess of 25kg, such as sacks of grain and full firkins. Have hosted tastings for beer & food, and whisky, and attend events on behalf of the brewery.

Lead Umbilical Engineer within the Subsea Operations and Equipment Group, involved in all aspects of umbilical engineering from concept and pre-FEED through to full package management and delivery for multiple clients on small to large scale projects, working within client specific and non-specific codes of conduct, HSE and technical requirements. The recognised Umbilicals Technical Authority within Wood Group Kenny providing worldwide support to the whole of the Group and their respective clients to ensure the umbilical packages meet contractual, deadline, legislative and budgetary targets.Acting as package engineer on client projects, responsible for the management of the umbilical package deliverables to ensure timely supply to the overall project (project will often be split into specific disciplines), which involves the management of vendor and sub-vendor staff and activities.Weekly progress reports and meetings ensuring deadlines and HSE requirements are met, reporting to project managers both internally and externally.Providing effective and efficient technical solutions to clients, often with the bare minimum of information available as guidance.
