The ($10M) cottage has a courtyard, complex MEP systems, underground ductwork, a hybrid CLT framed structure.10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, 4 mechanical rooms, 2 kitchens and 7 furnaces.

New product development for Holly Hunt Studio, Holly Hunt Customs Designer, Technical improvements to Product, Master Drawings and Digital Models for the existing Holly Hunt furniture line, Design and Management of the Holly Hunt Mockup Shop (where I made the In-house prototypes before the designs were resolved enough to be sent to the suppliers who make the final product for clients).Key Projects - Design, drawings and prototyping of the Volta Lounge Chair, Surf Club Chair, Avila Cabinet, Elemental Cabinet, Gazelle Cocktail Table, Javier Cabinet, Luna Barstools, Extension Tables, Design/Detailing/Fabrication of Alberto's Office and the HH Design Studio Display. Creation of a shop safety program intended to keep inexperienced designers from cutting themselves on the job.

I founded Plywood Office as an anonymous sounding design studio to moonlight on personal projects. After moving to Chicago and purchasing a woodworking tool with each bonus I received as an Architect, I left my day job to focus on the Architecture projects I had while developing a growing line of furniture. I set up an ecommerce platform and learned about wholesaling while bringing 27 products to the market using my own hands, finances and tools.
