IIBA UK is a non-profit professional association focused on the development and professional recognition of the Business Analyst. It is run by a team of volunteers who work as practising Business Analysts as their main occupation, whilst supporting IIBA in their spare time.Grew membership, coverage through an increase in the number of Community Directors, and the number of events run. The organisation was left in its strongest financial position ever and allowed the board to work even better for the membership and provide excellent value.

Sought feedback from members and focused the board on delivering events that the membership needed.

Worked alongside other volunteers on the conference committee to structure the annual BA conference, assess and select presentation submissions, and support speakers through their presentation development, and at the conference.

Developed and implemented a collaborative working and knowledge management (KM) capability across the worldwide manufacturing network including Communities of Practice and Communities of Interest - received an "Excellence Recognition Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship" for this work.Lead a team of Business Analysts in the development and maintenance of a business systems architecture and supporting system registers. Collaborated with the Compliance team to develop procedures and controls to ensure the registers complied with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements and were acceptable for use in regulatory inspections.Worked with project managers, business change managers, and the compliance team to provide project scoping, application rationalisation and migration planning services. Ensured systems and process integrity of the major (£300m+) Year 2000 and Compliance change programme.Supported regulatory inspections through preparation of materials and participation in them.Designed and implemented supply chain, shipment planning, export, and warehouse management systems and integrated them with existing systems. Gathered requirements, wrote functional specs and managed application testing.
