As COTA WA's main role is to advocate on behalf of older people in WA, the policy function tends to focus on ascertaining the areas of most concern to its constituents and then influencing government policy and initiatives in these areas. Part of this process involves running forums on key issues and participating in expos and symposiums. Much of our work also involves collaboration with other relevant organisations.
