Emergencies don't have to be scary. I believe that through human-centered design, vulnerable leadership, and authentic training, people in schools and other communities can be equipped to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies with confidence. I, and, my teams do just that. In my companies, I may be the boss, but I’m also a human, a teammate, and a messy work-in-progress. I’m committed to always getting better at my job, and to becoming a wiser, kinder and a more impactful human. I find value in progress and to that end am also co-founding a new venture in the safety space. This is giving me the opportunity to lean into machine learning, artificial intelligence, and scaling a tech startup. Stay tuned!
