I have worked in a number of clerical and administrative positions in both private and public organisations, specialising in customer service and telephone duties. The majority of this experience has been gained in the Civil Service, in which I have served for 18 years in a combination of administrative and public-facing roles.I undertook a 2 year tenure working for the Usher to the Court of the Privy Council in Whitehall. Aside from official court functions I provided assistance to the Law Lords, and handled case documents and historical court references dating back to the 18th century in support of barrister's presentations. I am currently assisting Members of Parliament in support of their constituents' immigration concerns.
