These solutions include Mobil Lite, Care Plan Integration, Custom Visit Editor, and Time Travel Calculator.System Integration: Project-managed large-scale initiatives involving the development and transition of programs to new platforms. Results: Developed and managed Integrity’s first centralized help desk ticketing system. Also, moved Cerner patient database to self-hosted server eliminating outside hosting cost.Systems Engineering: Led designed and multi-office rollout of a robust and scalable MPLS network.Results: Converted 10 offices to a cloud firewall creating redundancy and flexibility to the MPLS network while reducing network costs by 15%. Upgraded legacy phone systems to VOIP for 300 users. Scheduled and planned the installation for each of our 10 offices, increasing productivity and reducing maintenance costs by 20%.
