Hello, I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic IT graduate, a technical support consultant, an award-winning academic project leader, and a former IBM intern, passionate about seizing the interface between technology and business to drive growth and innovation. Apart from a master's degree in Management Information Systems, my professional journey includes providing comprehensive technical support at Aussie Broadband, conducting meticulous business analysis at IBM, leading project documentation teams towards award-winning project implementations at Edith Cowan University, and delivering excellent customer service while at Ampol. Each of these experiences gave me a breadth of exposure to various facets of IT, ultimately shaping me into a diverse professional capable of wearing multiple hats.My proficiency lies in not just understanding complex technical concepts, but also in meticulously breaking them down and conveying them to diverse stakeholders, thereby promoting effective collaboration.
