Utility Partner – CIS and ERP implementations (2015) • Providing leadership to the organization in PM methodology, Talent Management, and business development. Manufacturing company - SharePoint 2013 and Infrastructure (2014 – present) • PM for multi-million dollar company to design and build SharePoint presence. SharePoint will be the foundation for company communication and plant(s) status. • Produced an IT infrastructure assessment. Improvements were suggested, and these improvements are being implemented. Multiple small businesses (2014 – present) • Performing cyber security assessments, provided security software/hardware improvements, and writing polices for mobile device management, physical security, infrastructure, and secure customer communication to improve their company’s security posture. Child Support Enforcement Project (2008 – 2014) • PM responsible for project manager duties to implement a Federal mandated child support enforcement system. Project had up to 225 team members and a budget of $120 million. SCEIS SAP (ERP) project (2006 – 2008) • Successfully implemented on-time and within budget two (2) full SAP life cycles. Within the SAP team, JT Group had consultants with SAP Finance, Material Management, Business Intelligence, Reporting, ABAP, and testing skills. • The SAP implementation removed organization inefficiencies and improved centralized Data Warehouse reporting and financial accounting – $25M annual savings.
