Guides directors on organizational policies for equal opportunity employment and leadership and organizational effectiveness. Performs challenging staffing duties and mediates disputes between employees, managers, and outside agencies. Administers disciplinary procedures and provides recommendations to directors. Conducts new employee orientations and fosters a positive work environment. Plans, directs, and supervises work activities of staff and employees related to compensation, labor relations and employee relations. Manages benefits, compensation, performance management processes, safety, and recreation programs.

Trained and developed 80 recruiters and district managers across 8 states and 550,000 square miles. Performed training demonstrations on sales interviews, leads management, talent prospecting, marketing, time management, planning, and public speaking to large audiences. Managed training databases of over 2000 items for tracking status and provided statistical data to regional and national directors. Monitored production status to ensure human capital recruiting statistics remained above regional and national targets. Corrected production shortfalls by applying experienced problem solving skills.
