Responsible for ensuring Canadian R&D team's requirements are properly documented and communicated effectively. Was responsible for supporting both local and global projects in requirements elicitation, design and prototype reviews, testing, training development and implementation, and hyper care (post-go-live) support.Worked as part of a team that delivered a Corporately recognized and utilized system that consolidated business processes from three different groups, replacing five unique, outdated systems with a single intuitive system that provided much needed efficiency for various teams. Successfully gathered requirements from global clients across various time zones, via teleconferences/webex meetings, as well as face to face meetings. Compiled detailed meeting notes and action items, ensuring agreed upon requirements were formally documented and communicated. Throughout the project, I was frequently sought after by colleagues for input on developing new global processes, and was consistently chosen to represent the entire project by various stakeholders at International conferences. As the main point of contact between the vendor and Amgen team, was responsible for coordinating deliverables, communication of requirements, making decisions on design, scope and testing.
