The department hereby collaborates with several minor and major administrative institutions in the Netherlands, such as Amsterdam city boroughs as well as provincial and national departments, but also with private parties such as contractor and property owners. As an intern, I contributed through a range of work activities:• developing an urban plan for future spatial developments in the vicinity of metro link station Holendrecht, Amsterdam;• analysing and developing allotment schemes and housing typologies;• designing urban sections;• detecting possible material and vegetations uses and studying their impact on urban atmosphere;• liaising with key stakeholders, such as hospital board, contractor companies, city borough and property owners through meetings and presentations.
