I am writing to apply for a Senior Software Engineer position. I am an IT professional with over 18 years of experience at Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a software developer and business process manager. My job at Novartis involved developing database driven MVC web applications using .Net, as well as reviewing and integrating external toolkits and APIs into our offerings to improve research and searches. I keep up to date on my programming skills, database knowledge, and use of 3rd party APIs. During my roles at Novartis, I was also responsible for integrating external data sources and products into our network to provide up to date information to use in research and development via the web, as well distributing important research items via newsletters and web services.
