This includes liquid cargo transfer pumps, liquid cargo stripping pumps, and separators, strainers, filters, associated piping, valves, fittings, and deck machinery directly related to the transfer of liquid cargo.* Ensure required documents that must accompany the barges are in order and aboard* Communicate effectively with dock personnel to ensure trouble-free transfer of product* Perform routine required maintenance, repairs, and condition assessments to correct leaks, pack valves, and grease fittings, glands, bearings, reach rods, clean and paint the boat* Expertly handle lines and rigging during tow building, locking, and docking activities
