Office Images originated as Pacesetter Office Products. Ben Cornet, the owner, hired me to establish a furniture division for the company. The division started representing Rosemont furniture. Recognizing the limited market recognition of the manufacture in the Atlanta, Pacesetter aligned its effort with Westinghouse corporations furniture divisions. In 1990, after growing the business 5 million in sales, Westinghouse furniture division was sold to Knoll Corporation. Knoll chose to consolidate distribution from 4 dealers to 1. Realizing the limited marketability of Westinghouse Wesgroup, we had worked relentlessly to realign our manufacture alignment with a more main stream manufacture, Haworth. In 1990 Pacesetter became and Haworth dealer. At that time Ben, with input from myself and our team, changed the name to OfficeImages DBA Pacesetter Office Products. We felt, this would help clients better connect with our core business direction. We continued to grow the business, adding 5 new sales people and a design support team. By1995 the business had grown to 12.5 million and sales, and become one of Haworths top dealers. In late 1995 Ben sold the business to Paul Lombardi. I continued to lead OfficeImages efforts as a lead producer, director of sales, design, and marketing. OfficeImages continued to grow but in 1997 I chose to leave OfficeImages to grow into a new opportunity and expand my business management experience. When I left OfficeImages their gross sales had grown to over 16.5 million dollars in annual revenue.

Worked as designer/specifier at the second largest Steelcase dealer in the United States. Worked with the sales force on a variety of projects including small businesses and fortune 500 corporations. This opportunity helped to grow a better understanding of the contract furniture industry and the sales process.
