An enthusiastic and conscientious Agile delivery lead, serving a talented team of developers, across differing tech stacks (primarily Java and Node), to create quality solutions for West Midlands Fire Service and beyond. Able to forge and maintain excellent relationships at all levels of the organisation, I undertake tasks across the Scrum Master and Product Owner skill sets, including; liaising with key stakeholders to help identify and prioritise their requirements, serving the development team to enable them to deliver high quality value services and being an active advocate for the implementation and use of Agile within the organisation. Most importantly, I enjoy being part of a team with the focus and enthusiasm to learn and improve, and to help build great solutions that bring real value to an organisation.
