• Managed and implemented recommended value propositions relating to domestic and international workflow, deliverables and expectations.
• Worked closely with customers, developed transition plans, pricing/P&L, on-site and off-site equipment needs, and timelines.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma packaging development process analysis audits and recommendations.

• Responsible for packaging premedia sales support, consumer product packaging development and execution process improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Managed 30+ process improvement initiatives for Fortune 500 industry leaders in consumer packaged goods.
• Restructured and redesigned business practice standards in seven SGS facilities that increased revenue opportunities by $17 million annually.
• Increased organic revenue by $25 million and incremental revenue by $20 million for several major companies.

• Managed 11 full-time employees, 3 on-site suppliers, and 30 packaging suppliers. Controlled a $24 million annual P.O.P and P.O.S. budget, $6 million premedia budget and a $1.5 million flexoplate budget.
• Oversaw creative, premedia, and print initiatives for all packaging, P.O.P./P.O.S. and merchandising vehicles and wire rack displays.
• Managed all new product introductions and changes relating to graphics, structures, and suppliers.
