Ensuring full compliance across Inspire Community Services safeguarding standards, ensuring that all services operate within the procedures for the relevant Local Safeguarding Children Board and Inspire Community Services own policies and procedures. To ensure the voices of children and young people are heard and listened to throughout the Organisation. I played a central role in it's significant growth in the 12 month GBA Care has been established. Building and developing a large number of positive partnerships with local authorities across North and the South of England, with a high turnover of referrals. Opening and Dual Registered Manager of 2 Residential Children's Homes (7 Beds) Both receiving Good and Outstanding Judgments with Ofsted in their full inspections. Lead in the Recruitment and Selection of one of the most diverse, qualified and experienced social care teams in the Yorkshire region. Lead in the delivery of all in-house training. sourcing of external training, CPD and appraisals. Lead in the Development of GBA Cares Outreach and Family Support Work, providing bespoke packages of Support to Looked After Children and evidence based parenting programmes.
