SpendAble is the world's first debit card to meet the payment needs of people with disability and elderly people.The platform focuses on increasing financial independence through capacity building, supported decision making and skill development.The card network allows participants to connect trusted support workers to their money in a safe, auditable way that doesn’t require a participant to hand over their personal cash or debit card. This increases a participant's ability to know and control who is spending their money and on what at all times.SpendAble's core utility focuses on:- Participant financial skill development and capacity building- Smarter shared payments that enable safer community access- 1 on 1 and group support environments- SIL and group home expense management- Service provider business expense solutions

Private tutor to students from Year 7 to VCE, across a number of schools. Students are received through word of mouth and as a result of recommendations from Penleigh and Essendon Grammar school staff. Specialisation tutoring subjects are: VCE Specialist Mathematics; VCE Mathematic Methods; Mathematics; English; VCE French and VCE English. Also I am teaching organisational methods to students, such as the creation of a study timetable.Responsibilities:• Tutor regular, new and ad-hoc students across a number of specialist subjects• Advance and challenge students to develop clear and concise ways to analytically solve problems• Provide flexible tutoring schedules and additional learning environments in line with exam periods• Support and encourage students to achieve higher resultsAchievements:• Tutored 4 students in VCE mathematics resulting in all 4 students achieving a scaled score of 48 and above• Developed a sustainable student base through word of mouth and recommendations from Penleigh and Essendon Grammar school for over four years, resulting in a sustainable employment opportunity for myself, whilst completing my Commerce degree• Tutored 12 students from Years 7 – 11 to improve their exam results and learning, resulting in 8 referrals in the past four years
