- Assess and manage project scope, schedule, budget, roadmap, resources and expected deliverable to maximize utilization and submit for approval to multiple stakeholders in HQ to continuously improve and exceed execution of the project: TV, IoT Digital Appliance and new concept product incubation projects.- Lead Digital Appliance projects to research and develop new product concepts to the market while managing designers, engineers, and researchers- Develop project vision, strategy, and goals with Project Leads to execute milestones including VP level design reviews, C-level presentations, mock-up/prototype creation, and vendor workshops. - Allocate appropriate project budget amount to R&D materials, outsourcing, travel, workshops and forecast four-month budget planning for modeling, control purposes. - Manage milestones and deadlines on multiple tracks including UX/UI, Industrial Design, and Hardware/Software Engineering. - Process vendor contracts through legal, procurement, finance teams to optimize client relationships with the topmost design/tech vendors in & out of the US and to manage risk for confidentiality of the projects- contributed to current line-up projects and a successful launch of Gear Fit, Gear S, the Level Audio Set. - Responsible for projects at all divergent phases—incubation to launching of the product.
