1996 > Start of my career at Saarloos as sales advisor of Car and Truck gas analyzers1997 > Promotion to sales advisor of the complete product line of Saarloos1999 > Promotion to Product Manager Diagnostic equipment. A complete new product line for Saarloos. Responsible for: set-up and maintenance of this product line, support of internal procedures, training of colleagues in Holland and Belgium, market analyses, pricing, marketing (concepts), set-up reseller network, sales targets and communication with the manufacturer. 2001 > Start-up of a joint venture between Saarloos and MivarGroup (SaarloosMivar BV), a specialized business unit ‘Diagnostics’ until 2005. In this year MivarGroup stopped the sales of diagnostic tools. Since than MivarGroup concentrated primarily on the after sales and support of diagnostic equipment and vehicle electronics (engine management, safety- and comfort systems) for passenger cars and trucks. Within a few years MivarGroup became market leader in this sector. These services became an important line within the total MivarGroup product portfolio, besides; Information and Communication technology, Automotive Business Software solutions (Driver), AuDaCon Automotive Data and Applications and Visionplanner Management reporting. MivarGroup became a one-stop-shop shared services provider for the Automotive sector in Holland.
