Trained new hire employees in exterior finishing including surface preparation, bodywork, painting, sanding and buffing. While training I worked with technicians in station to improve the quality of each department by working hand and hand with the techs by developing their skills while working within the tack times set in place. I also worked as a production painter and paint repair. While working as a painter I improved my paint process which dropped the rework needed to meet the quality requirements.
