Oversaw transition of my previous team & role following re-organization into YouTube's strategy group, resulting in a significant broadening of scope supporting all of YouTube's business and technical functions. As part of this transition, I continued the growth of the team to 10 analysts, defining the engagement model to support YouTube's 600+ person business organization as well as product, sales, and marketing teams.

Hired and trained team of 8 business and quantitative analysts, responsible for overseeing insights into YouTube's global content creator ecosystem and partnerships, executive reporting, business planning, quarterly target-setting, and leading key strategic initiatives.

Transferred to role as Chief of Staff and Strategy Lead YouTube's VP of Content Operations, managing:- Led development of support model and service levels for YouTube's global partnerships, from large global media companies to the 5 million+ smaller content partners managed at scale- Drove strategic and annual planning for organization growing from 200 to 600 globally today- Supported operations teams with financial modeling and ROI assessment for international content creator development and support programs

- Drove development of economic framework for YouTube's global content creator ecosystem, including partnerships model and payment structures still currently in place as governing principle- Created portfolio structure and financial model for YouTube Original Content initiative, deploying over $200M into content created for YouTube, resulting in step-change engagement in investor and advertiser interest in YouTube content- Supported global partnerships teams with financial modeling and analysis of partnerships deals- Drove opportunity analysis for vertical partnerships and product initiatives (Gaming, Music, Partnerships)
