• Responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day operations of an 85+ member organization including leading an Executive Board, volunteer committees and advisory group• Authored winning U.S. Department of Labor proposal which resulted in 4.4M “H-1B Technical Skills Training Grant” award to fund the “Tech Knowledge E-Pathways” program which helped to create career and education pathways related to information technology for increasing the supply of Computer Science students/graduates in the region• Administered $235K “Regional Information Technology Training Project” through a mid-Michigan WIRED (Workforce Innovation through Regional Economic Development) Grant to support classroom and on-the-job training which resulted in 70 individuals being placed with local IT companies• Managed $250K IWT (incumbent worker training) grant through the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth which provided funding to support on-the-job training for 35 new hires at the IBM Michigan AS Delivery Center as well as “essentials of software testing” training to provide skills upgrades for another 43 incumbent workers from 10 different CAITC member employers

Prepared marketing materials and developed participant manual for Physicians (and other healthcare professionals), students, and teachers/advisors. Coordinated efforts with hospital HR departments to present program information for recruiting physicians (and other healthcare professionals) at partner facilities. Prepared project budget of $25,000 and assisted with reporting process.

Assisted in-house recruiters at member hospitals with generating over 500+ physician leads for all active searches. Contributed toward profitability of $300,000 per year Sourcing Service, including securing $140,000 a year contract with a large faith-based health system with hospitals in twenty states and assuming the lead role with their national sourcing effort. Supervised data entry personnel and other coordinators; responsible for delegating various daily tasks including coordinated marketing efforts for all residency/fellowship training programs.
