Responsibilities include:• Managing AV team with $1.2MM annual operational budget. Started with 1 full time and 1 part time employee and grew team to ultimately 5 full time, and 5 - 8 part time employees. Assigned lead roles in Engineering, Day to Day Operations, and Special Events to better match talent to departmental need. • Created and maintained AV standards for 160 conference rooms across 20+ Time Inc. offices globally. Focused standards on reliable and effortless experiences for our clients, and efficient maintenance/repairs for our engineering staff. Standards were periodically revised with help from vendor partners, AV trade show experiences, and client feedback. • Involvement in all AV project management duties from date of hire. Notable large projects include 2007 auditorium refresh with 1.8MM budget, and Time Inc.’s corporate headquarters relocation in 2015. For this project I worked closely with Real Estate team managing the design, build, and commissioning of a $7.4MM AV installation within an aggressive timeframe. This project included multiple video walls, new IPTV head end installation (eliminating $18k mo. in Cablevision fees), 120 AV integrated conference rooms with, cutting edge auditorium with full screening room capabilities. That year I concurrently managed remote office build outs in Stamford, Chicago and San Francisco.• Project managing select AV & IT moves in 2016 reporting to Sr. Director of IT Service Management. In this role I was responsible to work directly with Network, IT Security, and Telephony teams to enforce company standards and coordinate projects on time and on budget. • Administrator of Polycom/Cisco video conference infrastructure including maintenance and software upgrades. Worked with clients and IT staff to better integrate Skype, WebEx and other web based video conferencing platforms into the user experience.

• Coordinated AV for all Executive level special events on and off site. Hired 3rd party production companies or worked directly with in-house AV vendors. Monitored all executive video conferences. • Technical operator for Deutsche Bank’s remote broadcast studio. Shot live and taped interviews of company’s financial analysts for cable network broadcast (CNBC, MSNBC, Bloomberg, et al). • Performed day to day technical audio visual assistance with strong concentration on video conferencing set up and support. Tested and maintained equipment on a weekly basis. • Executed bridge operator duties daily.

• Managed all site financials as a profit center including monthly P&L analytics and Union labor forecasting. • Coordinated large events in several renowned hotels in New York City including The St. Regis and The Peninsula. Worked with hotel Event Coordinators and technical staff to meet clients AV requirements and budget.
