Throughout my career I have amassed over 15 years’ experience in customer service, client management, social media and media production.I have always been able to focus on the small details while keeping my mind on the big picture within the organisations I have worked in. As well as being a quick learner I have been able to adapt in many different work environments, from corporate head offices to large scale and independent film sets. My attention to detail within a broader view of a business, has meant within my recent role at The London Eye, I was responsible for the development of the social media voice of the company in order to revamp their online Help Centre as well as pinpoint new areas of disability awareness and communication within the attraction.I strive to be an excellent motivator for not only myself but teams I work in, through the strong communication and social skills I have developed throughout my career and by creating strong bonds through teamwork and shared experience.
