• P & L responsibility for North American business. Managed Production, Quality, Operations, Finance and Administration, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service processes.
• Lead team of 6 in 2007 to 96 in 2012 and an additional 6 commissioned sales representative agencies. I also had personal responsibility for all KIS retail and contract sales development. Developed leadership team of 9.
• Lead the creation of a Mission and Values statement and communicated throughout the organization verbally, in print and through town hall quarterly meetings.
• Initiated the development of all processes in Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Forecasting, Production Planning, and Cash Collections.
• Implemented SAP and DS.
