Founding Partner at Lonestar Development Partners. Lonestar has completed over $320Mil of multifamily development project and currently has 6 ground up projects totaling over $300Mil that are in various phases of development and construction. My role at Lonestar is to head up our capital markets capital initiatives as well as running our Co-GP investment pipeline. Lonestar has raised over $180Mil in Equity and that amount will double that in the next 18 months. As a persuasive leader and builder of teams, relationships and trust, my time is mainly dedicated to ensuring that Lonestar has the growth and project capital required. Our capital markets team is hyper focused on investor engagement and relations and our goal is timely and expert communication around our equity/debt sourcing, project vision and timeline progression. In my free time I enjoy traveling, college football, wake-surfing, mentoring and helping others become more the best version of themselves.
