I have twenty years experience in Leadership and Management as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. I have held every single leadership position from Team Leader to Company First Sergeant in highly lethal Infantry Companies. I have been responsible for the health and welfare of up to 180 Soldiers living in austere conditions during multiple combat deployments. I have served as a Drill Sergeant training thousands of new infantry recruits entering the Army. I have also served as the Senior Military Instructor teaching, coaching and mentoring future Officers through the ROTC programs at multiple Universities in South Florida to include the University of Miami, Florida International University and Florida Atlantic University. Upon retirement I opened several small business one of them becoming one of the largest CrossFit Gyms in the Southeast with a fully operational restaurant/catering company serving healthy meals in the Columbus area. I am currently the Vice President of Business Development for Wildcat Logistics LLC. A premier 3rd Party Logistics company that focuses on providing freight solutions for all companies.
