I graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Business/Marketing. At the same time I retired from a compeitive swimming career that spanned 17 years. I was a member of the 7-time National Champion & 16 time (consectutive) SEC Champion Men's Swimming and Diving Team at Auburn. Prior to that I competed with the York YMCA Competitive Swim Team where I was National Champion in the 1650 freestyle.You will see that my dedication, drive, passion and work ethic has led me to achieve success at the elite level of USA Swimming culminating by achieving the goal of competing at the US Olympic Swim Trials, where only a fraction of 1% of all USA swimmers qualify. Since my graduation and retirement from swimming, I will turn my attention to using these skills that helped me achieve my goals in swimming to achieving success in the Business Community. Since graduation my goals were to complete an initial successful internship here at Disney, acquire a Management internship and continue learning and building opportunities to progress upward in management. I have continued on to graduate school (concurrent with my management position at disney) and major at UCF Rosen College Hospitality and Tourism Management.As my time at Walt Disney World has been approaching 9 years, I have made a shift to diversify myself in the lodging industry. I had primarily oversaw the recreation operation. As of February 2022, I have shifted my management and leadership skills to the front office. I hope to continue to diversify myself and become a leader of leaders in the near future.
