About Chris Kruppa

Chris Kruppa has experienced Agility for the first time 16 years ago in a Swiss-Vietnamese outsourcing company. He was part of the initial organizers of Agile Vietnam and trains, mentors and coaches Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Managers since 2012. Since then, he has worked with over 30 South East Asia based companies in mostly Software services, Product development, Fintech, Business Consulting, Automotive, Beverages, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, and Sales industries to achieve higher agility capabilities for value delivery.Chris’s focus is the role of leadership in agile organizations. He is a Certified Facilitator of Management 3.0 bringing Agile leadership tools & practices to organizations & individuals through workshops. He is a System Thinker, who believes, that Leadership is systemic and emergent - and organizations should invest in structures, which allow for authentic relationships. This increases trust systemically and is the main driver for High-Performance organization.
