Able to handle projects that require modification or from scratch, polyester and polyether based adhesive for flexible packaging. He has produced at least 5 different products and carried out 9 projects either as team lead or own project to tailor adhesive for different application during his tenure at Mitsui Chemicals Scientex Sdn Bhd which is a JV of Mitsui Chemicals Inc (Japan) and Scientex (Malaysia)Currently exploring into the Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FRP) industries to study the potential of fully bio-based Unsaturated Polyester Resin in FRP application and incorporation of green technology into the design of the URP itself to create a reusable, renewable and recyclable products
