I'm a computer support specialist and an experienced leader and collaborator. I'm currently soaking up as much I work with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and React in my own time as a creative outlet. In my most recent experience, I upgrade, update, and take apart hardware, while ensuring users have the support they need to do their work. I'm currently studying for my CCNA test to gain deeper knowledge of networks, which will help me with my current knowledge of Windows 11 system administration.Previously, I participated in Agile development sprints and was able to quickly implement fixes and user requested features.
