About Chris Linn
I have over 25 years of leadership experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. The one thing I am most passionate about is building and nurturing a team that comes together cohesively to build something greater than anyone could ever accomplish alone. I am a big believer in 'tone from the top' and have always held myself accountable to ensure I provide an environment where team members can be their best selves - it is what they deserve. Most recently I was the Chief Executive Officer for Feeding Matters, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing the system of care for pediatric feeding disorder (PFD). Our family was touched personally by pediatric feeding disorder when our daughter required a feeding tube for the first 6 years of her life. I am happy to say that she is now thriving at 19 years old! During my 12-year tenure, Feeding Matters grew from an Arizona nonprofit to serving all 50 U.S. states and 143 countries. Our team, in collaboration with our Board of Directors and a fantastic Medical Council, created a new diagnosis for pediatric feeding disorder (PFD) and facilitated the creation of a new medical code. As I mentioned above, this was an accomplishment well beyond any one person's ability. It truly takes a team and I've always been grateful to each and every person who has contributed to the overall mission. I left in June 2020 to spend more time with my family and to be with my teenage children as they finished their last two years of high school (graduation May 2022). Prior to Feeding Matters, I worked in the financial industry for 14 years focusing on mergers and acquisitions and fraud prevention and was promoted to Vice President during my tenure. I am a mom to 2 children, Connor and Emilie, and married to Mark Linn. We have 1 dog- a Chiweenie (Lucy) and 1 cat (Autumn).
