He has been practicing tax preparation in San Francisco-Bay Area since 1991.Mr. Neri holds an EA license from US IRS and has a CPA license with US credential accreditations. He also holds a Realtor License from US DRE-California. He obtained his BA degree-accounting from Xavier University, He placed number 18th in 1973 Philippines CPA Exam with an average score of 83.3%. He has 18 units of MBA from Ateneo de Manila and PSBA and is currently working on his Master of Taxation course at Golden Gate University.
