I began my career with GE, where I learned that good managers know that people are the most valuable asset that any company has, and that teamwork and collaboration are critical to success. Key to my success has been my desire to not only improve profitability and growth initiatives for the companies with which I work, but also to improve the lives of the members of the communities in which I live. Upon leaving GE in 2005, I founded a nonprofit dedicated to community investment, launched a food bank, created affordable childcare options for families, and offered tutoring and mentoring to students. This commitment to service is a common thread throughout my career, and in 2018, I joined Bobrick Washroom Equipment, where I currently direct all logistics, inbound and outbound supply chain operations, and distribution for this manufacturer of bathroom fixtures. By focusing on the team members and creating a culture rooted in trust, honesty, and transparency, I have been able to improve cash flow by 20% and to scale operations to meet an 800% increase in demand.
