A Senior Risk and Compliance Manager for NSW with responsibilities including;- Implementation and ongoing management of Valuation Compliance in line with industry and regulatory standards at State and National level- Preparation and delivery of critical staff training in line with Industry Risk Management, Supporting Memorandum and Valuer Standing Instructions- Face to face and online property market and risk presentations internally and externally- High level consultation with industry stakeholders including strategic management of current, ongoing and future risks within the property sector- Delivery of industry reporting with focus on client and customer experience- Ongoing critical policy preparation and management of property related risk issues- Ensuring Company adherence to Professional Ethics requirements including conflict of interest- Peer review of valuation assessments when required

- Lead and develop a team of Valuers across NSW- Allocation, processing and delivery of workflow - Management of valuation compliance and risk - Conduct Valuer training and compliance requirements- Delivery of property market outlooks and state of play presentations to external stakeholders and industry groups- Undertaking of residential, commercial and industrial valuations, bulk pre purchase and rental assessments for NSW statutory authorities including Department of Housing and Defence Housing
