Responsibilities included: independently conduct prior art keyword and classification searches; draft patentability reports including prior art analysis to determine novelty; draft non-provisional and provisional patent applications; draft office action responses to USPTO patent examiner rejections; conduct clearance analysis and invalidity opinions; conduct legal research for case law in preparation for litigation; and communicate with inventors including client meetings regarding ideas and innovations.

Responsibilities included: assess automotive circuit boards to determine what faulty areas need repair; proficiently operate automotive assessment computer; precisely bend custom exhaust pipes; and replace faulty brake pads and rotors.
