DAS Simplified was a great opportunity which allowed me to utilize my skills and experience into much larger projects with multidisciplinary teams (structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.) across a national platform. I found that my wide range of experience and success in utilizing and implementing new technologies from previous roles made me an esteemed asset to the DAS Simplified team. In under 3 with DAS Simplified, I managed the successful completion and activation of over 20 million square feet of wide-ranging Cellular DAS and Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems (ERRCS) nationwide.

• Led team of direct and contract employees to launch key company initiative to 2,500+ independent business locations in under 16 months. Employees based throughout the United States.• As part of product development team worked to identify, and create solutions, for product launching roadblocks and challenges.• Directly responsible for creation and implementation of State-Specific user manuals, technical user manuals, and additional quick reference materials.• Created training department responsible for technical and administrative requirements for all new onboarding business clients (over 1000 participating locations with 1-10 employees per location).• Created 47 State-Specific LMS compliance courses used for all onboarding locations nationally (6250 users over 30 months).• Directly responsible for State-level device installation demonstrations.• Created process workflows for Service Center department as well as established high-functioning relationships throughout the company. Examples: Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering.• Performed both in-person and virtual trainings for locations throughout the United States• Assisted in development and launch of website portal for Service Center support allowing scheduling, document retrieval, shipping access, and both technical and non-technical support.• Created storyboard and starred in technical training videos used nationally for technicians and business owners.• Created, managed, staffed, and operated warehouse operations for Washington State responsible for production, repair, processing, and shipping of all devices used in-state.• Managed state-relations for Washington State with the Washington State Patrol’s IID section.• Directly responsible for acquisition of key Service Centers throughout Washington State.• Established sustained relationships and development for locations/partners across the country.

• Recognized as the top producer both personally, and at the store level, in key growth metrics throughout my time with Car Toys.• Personally responsible for creating training seminars to launch new company directives in the region.• Utilized as a direct mentor for new and or struggling store management due to consistent results both in production but also maintaining operational stability.• Consistent producer of medium to large scale custom fabrication projects.• Responsible for the turn-around and improvement of 4 of the 6 OR region locations.• Created new product merchandising to help minimize shrink.• Sales and Installation support at annual sales initiatives, Ex – Annual Tent Sales.• Provided the maintaining support and growth for both internal initiatives and B2B accounts.

Consistently exceeded both the sales and installation goals for stores in Spokane, Portland, and Beaverton. Managed a staff of 5-10 employees at each location and was responsible for all training, sales coaching, and technician development. Also participated as MECP proctor for testing, and Technical Trainer for new Best Buy locations.
