Trainer Assessor
CurrentAccountable for maintaining a caseload of learners and ensuring the delivery of training programs to meet the requirements of the Skills Funding Agency, awarding organisations, employers and the company.To be responsible for maintaining a caseload of learners as agreed with Line Manager and appropriate to the Risk banding of the Trainer/Assessor To coach, train and assess candidates through qualifications and apprenticeship frameworks, complying at all times with HIT and Awarding Organisations Quality Assurance requirementsTo support the business growth activity with following up leads, generating new business and supporting learners into sustainable employment if applicable in order to meet agreed targets and budget contributions as directed by Line Manager and meeting agreed start profiles.To positively market the company to acquire new business partnersTo engage with employers and maintain current partnerships to secure repeat businessThrough learner and employer engagement ensure that programs are completed within agreed timescales (maintain MLPs and OOFs)Ensure a current up to date knowledge of the company products and servicesTo work to agreed KPIs To secure agreed new starts and outcomes each month to ensure financial viabilityBe responsible for time and diary managementTo motivate learners, complete regular visits and act professionally at all timesBe responsible for the company property you are given to carry out your job roleTo maintain consistently high levels of auditable documentsComplete CPD activities to maintain industry knowledge and competencyComplete all paperwork required to show clear audit trail of progress and achievement
