• Installing Plan A, 4K modifications, structural repairs, new part installations such as: hinge assemblies, ribs and skins to the F-18 E/F trailing edge flap with 100 percent hole quality checks for close tolerance drilling to .0008.• Composite drill certified. • Cold working flight critical sub-assemblies as directed by engineering MRB. • Installation and removal of rivets and fasteners, reaming, and trimming of parts per blueprint specifications• Removal and blending of corrosion per spec, alodine, and priming of skins.• Installation of skins with sealant to blueprint specifications• Understanding the use and application of all tools associated with F-18 E/F maintenance including the use of Calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, RA roughness tester, and blade gauges.• In-depth knowledge of jigs used on F-18 TEFS, templates, fixtures, Boeing process specifications, component drawings, standard work instructions and planning documents. Experienced with the interaction between Contractors and government representatives. Currently working with DCMA completing final inspections on F-18 E/F flaps. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in evaluating and auditing aviation maintenance operations; a well-organized, multi-tasking administrator with excellent time management qualities.• Proficient interpreting statistical data, technical reports and the use of Boeing HMS (Human Modeling System), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software.
